    Hey, i was wondering, would it be possible to make any erect length gains by just doing stretches? like only the stretch part of jp90. Sometimes i dont have a lot of time so i just do the stretches and i wonder if im wasting my time...

    Stretches are awesome man, you should do them. You only need about 20 - 25 minutes, I am sure you spend more time on fb, twitter or other activities.

    The answer is yes. It all takes time. The higher LOT the easier it is but cementation is always key to allow time for ligamental and tunic (cells/fibers) growth else the temporary gains (cell/fiber walls expansions) will reseed. One thing you can do after you are done warming down is traction wrap to assist in it.
    P.S. All my length gains including cementing was manual stretching outside a tiny bit from clamping (which your penis is not ready for yet).

    You can definitely gain just by stretching. Stan made all his gains just by stretching.

    I've mainly just been stretching and seen up to 0.6" increase over the last 3 months.

    Yes of course! I have a main based routine on stretching. But you need to make sure you encorporate a little bit of jelqing in order to push blood into the penis. 5 minutes is all you need. And warm up!! And warm down!!

    I've made about .3 length gain in 1.5 months

    Yes. Stretching is the key to length. Hanging also, but sure you will gain. I like the idea of wearing a rubber glove for better traction. When you're done maybe you can wrap, or better yet ADS or at least Fowfer...
