Is PE Permanent

Ive been doing PE for about a week and read the 90 day beginner guide and gathered a lot of information about exercises and feel like im doing everything right. My question is if I was to do PE for a year and stop will the results stay permanent or will it shrink back to its original size overtime?

If you stop exercising your dick, eg sex ,over time you will lose size, doesn't matter if you have done pe or not.

I think we should add an addendum to JP's 90 day routine with a brief outline on this, or post it as a sticky somewhere.

I recon you've answered this a bunch of times just since i've been posting.

Think about your brain, heart or any other organ. What happens when you dont use it?

I lost about 1/4 of an inch after 4 years off from PE.

There's another factor I've read about that says that our penises actually continue to grow throughout our lifetime, just from regular use and gravity, but this growth is very slow - something like a quarter inch length over a span of decades. Not a reliable method of enlargement....just waiting until you're a very very very old man. I suspect Yoda was hung like a horse by the way.
