Thread: only jelq and kegels?

Hello guys,i have already start jelqing and doing kegels almost every day,take a look at my tracking data.
Im about to work on it for 6 months like this.
for 2 days
500-600 jelqs
100 kegels
1 day brake
(repeat)
will i get any results on length?

The amount of jelqing is too high, especially for a beginner. Pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.
I recommend you split your kegels into sets of 25 reps, no more than three sets in one day, and follow them by reverse kegels to balance your pelvic floor and avoid overtraining.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

And even if it does not cause injury, it can cause low EQ due to exhaustion. I would also recommend that you split it your jelging up as well (according to me) with a short rest between. Example is doing 100 w-jelg then 60 v-jelgs unto a break for about few minutes rest on your penis.
