The penis is in fact just a small bundle of skin, veins, a small artery or two, and some other tissues. Bottom line? A penis is a penis is a penis. Skin and tissue vary VERY minutely. There are of course natural variations in size and therefor the amount of tissue in a given penis, but they are in fact all the SAME otherwise from a purely physiological, and biological standpoint. That said, how could you NOT believe you can make your penis bigger permanently??? Look at these two pictures first:
Lip stretching (PERMANENT)

One of the MORE disturbing 'body mod' trends I see these days, the ear stretchers...really, what will they do when they are EIGHTY???

THEN, there's the fairly new (within the last couple decades) medical practice of stretching (permanently) a LIMB. The leg is the most common. Either because of a severe injury, a birth defect, or merely a desire to be taller (as in China where there is great cultural pressure and demand for TALLER people). Look at this story. This young man, at the time of this article 19 y.o.; back then just a baby, was born with a severely mal-formed and much shorter leg. Through limb lengthening over several years, his leg is now it's normal length. His femur was cut in two places, and then this adjustable ''cage'' was bolted through the femur into his leg. He'd turn small knobs on the cage a little EVERY DAY (consistently stretched over time), and the tissues are slowly, permanently stretched.

At time of article, at 19

From the article about his story
Ever since he was a small boy, Michael Gays has dreaded his bedtime.
While other children nodded off to their sweet dreams, he had to sit and turn the screws on the metal cage that stretched his withered right leg.
Sometimes during the ten long years of treatment, the pain was so bad that he had to have morphine. But not once did he shirk from his task.
Yesterday, that courage paid off. Michael, now 19, stood tall for the first time on two legs of identical length.
His right limb has been lengthened an incredible nine inches (!!!!), after 22 operations including three in which his leg was broken.
1) Little consistency.
2) Not enough force (either laterally or girth wise).
3) Lack of a real sense of dedication to the effort...which goes back to number 1.
Now, I hope this thread has somewhat inspired some guys, and maybe some of the brainier types will chime in with their thoughts as well.Last edited by stillwantmore; 12-15-2009 at 02:12 PM.

while I do agree your post does have merit, some questions still arise for people.
Lets begin with lip stretching, yes u can stretch it very long. But lets say for examples sake, if the person took that big jewlery out of the lip, is the lip still functionable, can the aboriginal still pucker his lips?
My guess is he cannot. From talkin about this on other non-PE forums, the number one concern that I notice is "omgz U gonna breaks ur penis". The people are not willing to take the time read up to see that PEing can be done safely. These PE doubters don't see enough "evidence" to give it a try.
But ur post is about people with little to no gains. Some people are afraid to stretch it too much, as you can see from the lips I can highly assume no moveable function is possible with the lower lip. So you showing people a huge stretch lip shows people that, stretching out your penis will make it floppy and un-useable.
For the leg picture, yes, you are right his leg has been stretched massively. But at what cost? Im not sure if you noticed his right leg or not in the golf picutre, but it looks grotesquely scarred and not too appealing to the eyes (my opinion only). For his case, the benefits outweighed the cost, since he can walk now.
If my penis ended up looking that scarred and heavily damaged, id rather have a smaller functionable penis oppossed to a large abomination.
Once again these are just all my opinions on how I see your post. It is great that you are trying to find evidence and comaprisons to get the PE word out, but greater comparisons need to be found before everyone will start to really believe PE.
Just to clear everything up, I am not a doubter haha. I just fail to see a strong comparison and bringing up this point.Starting: September 22nd 2009

To each their own. The comparison is simple. Skin and tissue can be stretched no matter the ''mass'' of skin/tissue being stretched. Given enough time, and effort. Sometimes in the case of legs, it may take YEARS to accomplish what may take months with smaller samples such as an ear or lip. In the lip example, ''function'' is not the purpose. It's about tribal and usually religious symbolism.
Not trying to argue of course, just adding my thoughts.
