    Since i travel a lot there comes a satuation where i cann't get warm water for warm up or warm down. And i read that even massage fir 10 min. too warm up the penis for PE. It that true? I don' want to skip my routine..

    See my signature for the Ultimate Warmup Exercise. This is what I do, I absolutely won't stand around for 10 minutes with a sock or cloth draped over my unit because it is boring as all sin. My warmup takes me a minute or so, nowhere near the 10 you are speaking of.

    I find some massaging or even light stretching for a few minutes to be enough.

    The only time I use heat for warm up now is if my testicles are riding too high and I want to use my large air pump. To avoid sucking a testicle into the tube I will use heat to get them to lower out of the way. Otherwise stretches and massage are my warmup.

    Myself included. I massage and light stretch as well for warm-up/down. I find it even more effective.

    Well you can always carry electric heating pad I use one and it spreads the heat really well. I do my warm ups for 10 mintues.

    I think every hotel has electric socket where you can stick the cord into.

    I did the rice-sock for about a year but then applied the massaging and light stretching out instead as I do with the muscles to loosen up the fibers and help with circulation. The massaging does about the same as heat for warming up just with the blood circulation to produce the heat. It really is up to the individual on what technique he decides to use.

    I normally do PE after a hot shower, regardless if I do or don't, I massage and stretch as warm up and cool down
