1. When is the best time to do PE? Morning, Afternoon or Night?
2. Can I work out before PE, and if I do will I see better gains (HGH hormone increase after exercising)
3.For my first 3 months should I solely follow one of the beginner routines? is it too early for me to even think
about getting a bathmate?

1. Whenever you like/are more comfortable with, as long as you are consistent.
2. Yes, it depends on your ability to get a decent erection for PE, a few hours difference may help if you are having problems, but it should not be determinable either way.
3. Yes, condition your penis first, then consider other exercises when the need arises.
