    hey I'm Indian boy, 22. I just started stretching exercises in hope of some gain. I do normal 5 way stretch 30 seconds each ( 3 sets ).
    I'm 5 inches nbpel and 6.5 inches bpel with 5.1 inch girth. I'm hoping to get 6.5 nbpel. I think i have big fat pad so maybe i can reach there by loosing weight only, any girth gain is welcome too. And tell me how's my size coz i don't know about what's average in real life, any suggestions are welcome

    Hey indian boy, welcome to the Gym! I am Indian too and your size is above average so no need for you to worry. It does seem like your fat pad is a little more so combining weight loss with PE will get you to your target no problem

    I am doing 2 days on 1 day off than 3 days on 1 day off. Its quite good and now I start enjoying doing PE.

    thanks but am doing this from 2 months i just join here a lil late, anyway from 2 days straight am getting measurements of 5.2 inch in length. I think my nbpel gain 0.2 already, its like power up to see gains.
