Thread: Fatigue with manual?
- 12-18-2014 #1
With bundled stretches and using fulcrums i can feel it real good in my tunica. Last night i started my manual stretches and noticed really good fatigue.
Im wondering if i could fatigue my tunica with manual stretches then hang afterwards. In bodybuilding this is called pre-exhausting.
I also feel with base squeezes and ulis my tunica reaches fatigue faster. I understand you should focus on length first and not do girth exercises. But as i am hanging right now i can really feel tunica fatigue instead of upper shaft pull.

This is a very interesting idea, namsokiek actually hang in a bundled state and feels great fatigue too.
A bit of girth work or bundled stretches before hanging could help.
Try it and let us know your results. Make sure to use plenty of heat.https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

How long have you been training for, and what are the exercises you follow?

yup you definitely can. I used to always do this before extending and it worked a charm. In relation to hanging, it would definitely work, but you need to be more cautious and careful with hanging as it is a lot more intense than extending. Be careful to keep an eye on your dick and make sure it is "soreness" and "fatigue" and NOT "pain".

Yeah, because hanging takes a toll which your tunica nor your ligaments maybe ready to handle. Also, even if advanced in PE, if you gain already from stretching (regardless of which manual type) then there is no real need to go to hanging. The same applies to clamping where manual girth exercise has effect (meaning unneeded extra strain or pressure). These type of exercises are really last resort when manual does not do the job due to fiber density.
