Well this is a post that is very inquisitive, as I have a kinda different from the usual scenario. Here's what I mean;
- I have simultaneously quit my porn and rather excessive master nation habits of 7 years as of the past couple of weeks
- I have began a modified JP 90 program, which really only excludes the circle stretches and relying on time instead of reps for jelqs (for now 10 minutes) for 4 days on 3 days off
- I am pretty confident in my self diagnosis of having an overly tense pelvic floor as I have involuntary pulsing I can't stop or prevent at random times during the day
With all that said, I have run into the hard flaccid issue as any other noob would. I do my reps with a considerable amount of force as I feel as if light jelqs just don't move the blood through as I feel it should. But, from what I understand, hard flaccid can be a result of an unbalanced floor, negative PI's from overworking it, or a side effect of the sudden change in porn and masterbation (I edge as part of my routine, but I dont ejaculate afterwords nor do I use porn or fantasizing anymore)
I am sure that there are a multitude of factors I am looking at for my scenario. I also do not have the best erection quality. These are all things I want to work on, and I am unsure of how to address all these separate issues. Any help of these situations would be greatly appreciated, as I know hammering away at my unit will most likely not get me the results I am looking for long term.
Any help or insight would be very greatly appreciated!

It will take a while for the EQ to rise due to porn and usually the abuse of masturbation that goes with it on your shaft. You stay on the right track it will return slowly to normal where even woody pop up in the morning.
Still to the beginner's routine but you don't want to put so much force to move the blood but rather increase the EQ a little then do the jelg with light or semi pressure depending on your shaft make-up else the force can cause low PI and even damage on the dorsal vein as well which can lead to numbness which usually starts with the glans. Last note, even if you only do 4 days a week, follow the routine in its entirety; it is mean for conditioning your penis (and even brain) to adapt to PE with or without any kind of gains.Begin 7/25/2011:

Hard flaccid is caused by a pelvic floor imbalance, if you do too many kegels, especially without reverse kegels or other stretching exercises.
This post clarifies more of what you need to do to restore that balance and treat the hard flaccid.

And give some time for your EQ to recover from porn.
