    Hi

    I started here because of a non PE relates injury and found lots of helpful information and have decided to very slowly ease into a routine more for penis health as I recover.

    I do very light stretching and can manage maybe 10-15 low intensity jelqs while being in the shower in the morning before he loses stamina and decides to lay down for a nap for most of the rest of the day.

    I'm guessing that indicates that I need to ease back even further and maybe start with 5-10 and work my way up one at a time as I heal.

    So far my injury has pretty much gone away but I fear the trauma has taken its toll and I should just concentrate on low intensity/low reps and continue with my one on one off routine until my Pi's head back into the normal range.

    Has anyone else had this problem of easy penis fatigue? Or should I extend the break period to one on two off or more till things improve more?

    Take more time off until your penis recovers, do not rush it.

    When you resume PE after recovery, you may want to try jelqing before you stretch, make sure your erection level does not exceed 65%, and use a light grip.

    Yeah sounds good. Believe me when I have the safety rules burned into my mind haha. But maybe a break and start up in the new year gives it a few more weeks to heal up.

    I saw some posts about stretching after jelqing. Does stretching cause more fatigue or erection issues for some people which makes jelqing properly more difficult?

    Sometimes stretching makes it harder to get and maintain an erection. In those cases, jelqing first would be recommended.


    Big Al recommends girth work first as it prepares the tunica for more expansion during stretching.

    Might be a way to start. Proper jelqing sounds like a more effective way to obtain good pi's besides edging. I'm not here for gains but health, if gains happen because of it that is icing on the cake. I believe that because of that I will be able to relax into a routine with not too much effort because I won't be checking anything other than EQ and Pi's.
