Hi guys!
So I have made about .4 gain in BPEL but my gains and PI's have started to slow. I need a new routine so I can keep going
I have read the TGH theory and the tunica is my limiting factor. Based on that what are some great length excersises you would recommend? Aside from that I have always been on to keep my routines short "less is more" to me. Is this true any advice?
Thanks!
P.S my flaccid length hangs lower a lot but it hasn't increased. It just hangs lower and fuller but I havnt seen a steady increase in flaccid length.

First of all, congrats on your gains!
From your other thread, you are only 2 months in, so complete your beginner's routine first, and do not make changes, your focus should be on conditioning your penis and on learning how to perform the exercises and how your penis responds to them.
It is still too early to consider a limiting factor, after all you are still gaining, gains do slow down as you go on, otherwise everyone would be having a 3 feet long in their trousers, be patient, and keep going!
Keep in mid that PE is a long term commitment, like a marathon not a sprint, you have to be patient and persistent, you are just scratching the surface, the more you go the more you will like it and want to continue.
And read the threads linked on your Change routine thread.A real man never hurts a woman. Hey efip, congratulations on your gains!
I think gains do naturally slow down, I would personally stick with what is working for you and milk it for all it's worth so to speak.

I think you should stay with your routine. If gains just started and then stopped try adding a small change and see if the gains come back. If you make small incremental changes then you can better identify what works and what doesn't. Good luck, enjoy your journey.

Did you take a break?
Take a week off every 6 weeks of training and more than two (up to a month) every six months.A real man never hurts a woman.
