ok so one last question.. I'm planning to quit smoking and limit coffee, i already take protein, L arginine, omega 3 pills and multivitamins since I work out at the gym, and my beginning workout plan is going to be:
10 minutes: warm up
5 minutes: stretching
10 minutes: jelqing
5 minutes: warm down
2 days on followed by 1 day off then repeat..

First Question is this a good routine?
Second Question is Can the edging and kegals be done at other times separate to this workout or does it have to be done altogether. And how many kegals should be done for a beginner?
