I have just signed and giving it a go, but some what skeptical

Hi and welcome Jaewonlee! I am a pure bred Chinese. I was also skeptical at first but after 3 months I am a true believer. I think it does not matter what race you are from. As long as you put in the effort and dedication, you will see gains as I did.

We have every kind of person here. Yellow, brown, olive, blacke, red, white and even a few more.

We like every type of person at the gym.

Filipino checking in, also a tiny part Chinese but it goes beyond my grandparents so there's no telling how much if any.
