    Could anyone please give myself and others some tips on how to keep motivated for pe. I've been trying to do so for months at a time, on and off in the past three years. I purchased a bathmate 12 months ago, and I'm looking to buy a phallosan.
    I am able to keep myself motivated for the gym, but I find it too difficult for pe. Perhaps it's because privacy is hard to come by?

    I find that motivation can be very difficult to maintain over a long period of time. From personal experience I find that fantasy can help. Figure out your reason for wanting to increase your penis size. Lets say you want to impress your next lover. Develop a fantasy about how your first sexual encounter will go with him/her (I don't want to assume your preference). Make give your fantasy a lot of detail. What was your lover's reaction upon seeing your penis, touching your penis...when you insert it? Put some serious effort in to making this fantasy amazing. Now, when ever you are feeling like you are losing motivation, spend some time (before going to sleep is a good time) running this fantasy through your mind. It can really help to keep you going.

    Also, PE can become a habit. Make it part of your routine. Even if you don't do your full routine, do something everyday. On your off days, make sure you do kegels or very light manual stretches, or very light jelqing. If it becomes an ingrained habit you will be more likely to stick with it.

    Thanks, another brilliant tip! I plan to start again at the start of next month, so I have everything organised, and a decent time allotment for a routine.

    Keep a log, join the 2015 make your dick bigger challenge, set yourself quarterly goals, write down your routine everyday in your log, keep coming onto the Gym to get encouragement from all of us, keep reading about PE, have PE on the brain, and stay focused. In a nutshell.

    It is something you have to do for yourself, or you will never be motivated. Fantasizing about a partners response can help for sure, but for me fantasizing about filling my hand with penis is the best motivator. Mental PE is very important. Doing PE for yourself has worked best for me.
