Glad you started with light jelking. A little bit of sourness is OK from what I have been told and my own experience. Now you have a baseline of what your penis can handle so you can gradually work up from there. If you hurt it any you would know. Mine turtles up and doesnt' want to come out to play when I hurt it. I think your doing it right.

You should REST until you fully recover, no light jelqing, no light PE, there is nothing light on your penis when it is injured, if you want it to heal, then leave it alone and give it time, you are not doing it any favors nor helping it to grow, just let your penis be for a while. Good luck!

haha finally then! hope that no turtlepower comes..
read about the PI now and good guidelines but find it hard to follow in some weird way.
So got some quick questions!
Positive PI
- Larger flaccid hang lasting all day ( i do my training in the shower. so when i get out its cold so (since i live in northern Sweden. So i don't know if my dick get smaller from the cold or if im doing something wrong.
- horniness is a good PI, well im like always horny and have always been so how can i tell the different?
and a followup question on that. is it good to have full on boner directly after doing the workout and so on? heard that you not suppose to wank within 4 hour. but how does the erection effect it?
Might be the answer to my soreness problems?
thanks so much for the feedback btw.

So should i rest more?
I felt fully recovered from before and waited about 2-3 days after that before i started this time.

Just speaking for myself if my PIs are good it's not injured. A bit of soreness is OK for me and in fact I am increasing intensity. I plan to increase gradually until it does feel a little sore. I feel I have to cautiously push my limits to find out what my limits are. Everyone is different. We can all learn from each other.

I just started this thread the other day about being sore. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...318-hurts.html You can read the responses I got. Maybe the reason you don't see your problem on the injury thread is that you may not have an injury. From everything I've read some soreness is a good thing. Of course I'm a beginner like you and my experiences are limited. I'm not trying to give you advice. I just try to share my experiences and read posts from others like you to learn more. Knowledge is king.

Ceaser, have you read this on PIs? Slight acheness is a neutral PI.
And the Neutral PIs:- Temporary penis contraction after a PE workout
- Redness
- Spotting
- Slight achiness in your penis
- Increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours
- Edema (fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin

THanks Mulkey helped alot and good for you (not the soreness tho)!
so the upside is that it´s neutral now i need to find what im doing wrong and how i get it to positiv PI´s.
One step forward!
thanks again for the help!

I don't think you did anything wrong. It's a neutral PI so it doesn't mean much. It can also be a negative PI but with all your other positive PIs I dont' think it is negative. You have to figure out what all that means to for you. If you think you injured it take time off or decrease intensity. If you don't think you injured it and the soreness is a neutral PI keep doing what your doing. Mine has been getting conditioned to jelking so I am increasing intensity carefully and gradually. I will do that until I make it a little bit sore. That will establish a baseline for me.
Thanks a lot Lordsgiift :)...
