Well sadly this ended up in pain again. not much but enogh to tell me stop doing this. So i will be of for a month or so let it heal real good.
to sad, really wanted to get this started.
I will inform later on how the healing is going and so on so Ppl with my problem later on maybe can get some idea of the problem and healing time!

So you started your PE routine and it started hurting right away?

No did one before and got the (soreness/pain) wasent much and couldn't feel if it was pain so went with soreness.
next day i started the routine and went ok. but after the dick turtled just little and felt in the same area some more intense ache/pain. Its kind of a little spot on the top/right side in the middle.
So i think its best to just rest it all up?

mrb8 was right. You need to take some time off. I hope I didn't lead you astray. Mine only took less than a week to heal. After this is over you will have a better idea of how your unit reacts to PE. Don't give up. Good times are just around the corner. I've heard on here that warm ups will help it heal.

You did not lead me on, should have figure it out by myself.
Took a massage with a lot of heat and blood circulation cream and so on for a hour ago and it feels alot better now.
still going to wait. So like a said will let you guys know the rest time and so on. Might go for a doctor if it doesn't get any better since itīs free and no wait time here.

So got some news. Analysed were that pain came from and. seems to be soft muscle tissue that have been overwork/damage. Since i do alot of sport and recovered from muscle damage before, i tried the same principle to my dick.
And seems to work just as good as i hoped. So Thoth i might share it, even though a lot of people know it.
When you harm a muscle its start a bleeding process. this need about 48 hours to settle. If you notic the damage quick. cold/ice will help to limit the damage.
And after 48 you can start to treat the area with massage and increase the blood flow with oils or creams.
This will help the body to transfer away the bad stuff and start healing quicker.
And about after 5 days it should be restored to usable condition.
Im in day 3 now and i dont feel any pain at all. But for safety i probably going to wait 6 days and keep on massaging.

So started up everything again today.
conclusion. if you damage you soft muscle tissue, a 5 day rest and some massage is good enough for proper healing. If you haven't damage it to much.
It all felt really good, except that i was almost to horny. Since i havenīt let the pressure out during the healing time.
Anyone got some tip how to avoid a boner after every 5 stroke?
And took some measurement as well wonder if someone can help to put them into meaning.

So what should i focus on? the muscle or the "tunica"? read little about it all but hard to get it into good word for my brain haha.

If I didn't get an organism for 55 days there is no way I could do PE without getting a raging hard on. Take matters into your own hands and clean those pipes out.
