First of all i will try to write as good as i can. English is my third language.
Well let´s get to the problem shall we. I started to Jelqing about 1½ month ago with my start length was about 18 cm/ 7".
the first week i read and learn about the whole thing got some random info from different places so I did some wrong Technics until l i found the JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.
I Felt a little to sore so i took some days of (2) before i started the JP.
after about 4 days in on the JP i didn't listen to my penis good enough so i over trained (i think) Don´t really know what i did wrong followed everything and even took 10 min warm up.
So ended up that I had problem getting a full erection and overall my penis shrunk back (sign of something bad) got real paranoid. so took about 1½ week of until it felt all good.
So now i realist i had to change something but didn't know what, read the whole guide 4 times over.
Started up again with more stretching and less Jelqing (30/40 a day) And this time after 2 days i started to feel a little bit of pain/ache so i stop right away.
now its 2 week from that and i have measured my dick to 16.5 cm.. i have end up losing 1.5 cm?
I have tried so much to realize what I´m doing wrong but don´t find anything.
Only thing i may think of is that i have a to hard grip, but without that firm grip i doesn't feel like I`m pushing any blood?
Please experience God of this art. Help a little lost boy i really want to master this.

Hi, I am new also. From my experience, JP90 is too much to start off with, even though it's called the beginner's routine.
At first I had a really hard time noticing when I was jelqing right too. I would say that the only thing you can really go by is the size of the penis head when you're jelqing. If you see it get just a little bigger, you're doing it right. It only takes a light grip. More importantly: the more erect you are, the softer the grip!
For me, what worked was going down to 5 minutes of jelqing. There is another member here, I'm not sure what his name was, and I think he said he started by doing just 5 minutes of jelqing? Warm up 10 minutes, stretch 5 minutes, jelq 5 minutes, warm down 10 minutes, and it really shouldn't make you sore at that point.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
JP90 is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, you can also take a look at PESG's routine, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

First off your English is great, better than mine and it's my first language!
Have you been following your PI's? These are your keys to gaining safely and avoiding injury.

You don't need to grip tight, just efficiently enough so that you may continually slide your hands down your shaft! Are you using lube? It's a good Idea to! Also don't stretch too hard, just enough to feel a pull in your ligaments!
Maybe try switching to two days on, one day off. If you don't get positive indicators from this try one on one off! You did the right thing taking a break when your body was reacting negatively, continue to be cautious and you should be okay!

frostgina may have said something there. always had a little problem with after some stroke in the beginning getting to erect and not really change the force i were using. even that i stop as soon as i notice more erection.
Maybe something into that? would maybe explain the rest when it get to much force close to a erect level.
otherwise im around 70%.
About the Pi as i just said almost everything point to the negative? but have no idea what i´m up to that is wrong? :/
trying to read and get some good perspective on how much force you are suppose to stroke with but find it hard to know?
Even watch some videos and some do it real hard it looks like and some barely touch.

anyone know the healing time. up to 2 weeks now and haven felt anything bad since the 3 last days.
should i wait some more?

Try ballooning. It is a very gentle exercise (and it feels good too).
Get 100% erect and then hold a reverse kegel and let your penis expand with the extra blood.
You can still overdo it though, so don't hold it for too long. Maybe 10 seconds at at time to start? Don'r start off with more than a few repetitions either.
I forgot to mention one very important thing about jelqing: I have found that it is impossible for me to jelq unless I use one hand to hold the skin on the bottom of my penis where my ball sack starts. Otherwise I end up just jelqing the skin! I don't remember seeing this written anywhere, but I discovered it for myself. Maybe it is written somewhere, but it should really be written all over the place in my opinion. There is no set time for healing. You will know when it's back to normal. Pay attention to your PIs. As soon as mine was back to normal I resumed PE.

Started doing some very light jelqing yesterday. like no force and about 30 rep.
felt alright yesterday and had some good PI like bigger hanging. against the evening thoe i started to feel some (i dont know if its small pain or just some sore ache) in the middle of the corpora cavernosa.
So should i quit and rest more or is it just normal, what should i do?
