Hey my fella PE'ers !
Its been so long since I last stretched. The reason for this is pretty simpel. I strecth my flacid penis exacly how it is, im not pulling the forskin back, It kind of hurts if i try to strecth this way, i feel a good strecth i just cant take the pain..
then i strecthed my penis without pullin my skin back - i feelt a stretch, so i kept going - i kept going for 4-5months without no results at all.
I also jelq for 10min .. i did this for 6months - and no results what so ever..
now im at my 8month and still no gains my current routine is:
20-60min warm up
20min 70-100erect jelq
20-60min warm down.
and still no result..
Iguees im asking for some advice, so I can start gaining..
and is it okay to strecth without pullin the forskin back - does it even make a diffrent..
I keep a positive mind - and dont wanna give up ..
I axcely cant stop jelq - love it..
so please give me some help

Your routine isn't really balanced.

i decided to go with DLD beginner routine ..
Im gonna stick with that for 3months and se what happens
