Hey I found this website a couple of hours ago and after a bit of reading to see if people do genuinely see results, which they apparently do, I have decided to make an account literally 5 mins ago. So can someones give me a concise but thorough walkthrough on a good way for me to try and increase my girth. My main problem is that my penis is quite above average when erect, 7.1", but it is only 4.5" in girth.
I am not too bothered about length, infact I am not bothered about that at all until I gain a decent bit of girth. I feel like I'm asking a lot but can someone tell me a good way to achieve what I want safely everything from warm ups to what I should do for how many weeks and what to move onto after that and when, even how many reps of each exercise and how erect I should be for each one (or even a link to said exercise would do just fine). It may even be what worked for you. Assume I know literally nothing about anything to do with PE in your explaination/guide. Thank you in advance any reply will be much appreciated. Sorry for the lengthy post. :P

to the Gym!
Don't miss this thread!!!
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

MrB8 gave you great info...I'm gonna give this a shot. Can you make this a constant part of your life? Jp's routine is great, you may gain you may not.
Girth...put it in the back of your mind for now. Don't commit for 90 days...commit for a solid year at least. Go slow. Use those first 90 days as a feel out process. If you gain, keep on keepin on. If ain't broke don't fix it. If you need some more intensity or something a little more, just add a little more to jps routine. Get your mind right, always have fun with it, don't treat it like a job. Happy tuggin!

Welcome aboard!
Everybody is giving you good advice on starting with the JP 90 routine. This will do a couple of things for you. First and foremost it is needed to help conditioning your penis. Some of the advanced girth work is very intense and without conditioning injuries can happen easily. Second it will give you plenty of time to do some more research and educate yourself more on PE. This place has a wealth of information and there is a lot to learn. You only have one penis so knowledge is your friend when it comes to PE. So do plenty of reading, ask questions and join in.
Good luck and always PE safely. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Welcome. You need to be conditioned for Girth work. Do Jp90 or another Jelq based beginner routine and don't even think about Gorth for three months. Once you are starting to be conditioned, months two or three you can add in light squeezes as your first Girth exercise.
Welcome to the gym, be safe, be conditioned, and be consistent.
