    Which is better:

    100 jelqs and 10-30 mins of turtling

    OR

    50 jelqs and no turtling

    The 100 jelqs routine has got me very vascular as a beginner but im wondering is it better to not turtle and start right from the bottom?
    Also i tend to turtle when i sit down after either routine but it goes when i stand up

    Which routine will be better for gains?

    Turtling is a neutral PI sign, it is interpreted in light of the rest of your PIs.

    I made my grip as light as possible. So that it just barely makes an indent in my penis and is just able to push blood around. I couldn't go lighter if i tried.

    My penis fluctuates in and out of being turtled for about 30 mins.
