First off hi everyone and thx in advance for your help!
I have started 2 days ago. My plan is taking it slow PE every second day.
Got a questing regarding warm up, I use shower head and warm water - I increase the temperature until its feels too hot and starts to hurt. Noticed that as I increase the temperature penis gets used to it and I can go bit warmer until a certain point. (Not as sensitive, BJs don't do much for me jet, too used to the hand so weeding off self pleasuring and porn, hope my sensitivity will increase that way [could use tips regarding that as well]) Lasted 5min during warm up, he was nice and warm/red, did the stretches for 30s each (2min total) then did about 40 Jelqing which took about another 3 min tops. Next I went for warm down, here is where I had a problem, penis was still pretty warm form warm up and I could last 2 more min under warm water, it started to feel uncomfortable so I stopped. Warm down does it have to be 5-10 min? Since the hall process is relatively short. I am trying to be as gentle as possible even if it takes longer. THX
PS: I naturally lean to the right, after stretching felt a bit of a pain in the groin on the left side, lasts into the next day - feel it occasionally I move, not intense just a bit. Did not use more pulling pressure then on the other directions. Normal or?
PSS: I lose erection pretty fast without stimulation so putting on a condom is a pain, just used to stimulation from all hand work, stopped jacking off. Even with cock ring erection falls to like 90% in couple of seconds, it hold at 85-90% because of the ring. Any tricks to solve this, strengthen bottom part of the penis so it can hold blood for longer (got a natural upward curve, when on the back falls naturally onto belly). Doing Kegels

I think that you are using way to much heat. Your penis should not be red after warm up. You should only be trying to warm it up slightly above body temperature. Never use so much heat that it becomes uncomfortable.

I warm up the same way. To some degree I protect my glans from the hot water bc it seems to be sensitive and the shaft and groin area can take more heat. After doing JP90 for 2 weeks my little soldier stands at attention much longer and EQ is much better. I'm guessing your going to get the same results. I get little pains and soreness too. If my other PIs are OK it doesn't mean much to me. Just watch your PIs.

Atm doing 50 WET Jelqing and 30 V JRLQS. Is this enough? Doing the stretches before and warm up/down. Don't want to push it more atm. Just wondering if it will have any effect or I need to go for 150 jelqs. THX

This is great. Slowly add 5 of each jelq at the end of a week. If you slowly add while continuing to condition you will be fine. Slower is better. stay safe, but consistent. Enjoy your journey.

Ween yourself off the porn. I had EQ problems at 33 years old because I developed a porn/ masturbating to porn addiction. Once you get that under control, and with regular PE, your EQ will get better. Stay motivated and good luck!!!
