    Hey everyone, first post here and had a couple questions.

    Pretty much I have a long skinny dick lol (7.5x5)

    Looking to increase my girth not just for just not for my pleasure but for hers, used to think I had big dick because it was touching the rim of 8 inches but it turns out girth is just as important if not more.

    Is 5 to 6 inch girth possible?
    What girth gains have you made as far as girth?

    Thinking on running the pebible soon, anyway try this? Results?

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    First of all, 5 inches is not skinny, it looks like that to your eyes due to its length and viewing angle, with PE, you can increase your size, improve your penile health and your EQ, if you are patient, persistent and consistent, PE is a long term process, you must be in for the long haul.

    Your goals are achievable, given that you put in the time and dedication required, it may take years to gain an inch in girth but it is possible, pay attention to safety, and do not jump on to girth exercises off the bat, pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome Northofphilly. I suggest you read the threads here and start with the beginners program also. Start slowly and increase over time. This allows you time to learn about your penis and its response to excercize, while also conditioning it to grow. I tried the pebible, and it was alright, but I have learned way more here at the PEGym for free. Enjoy your journey.

        Hey northofphilly!

        Welcome to the Gym.

        Good advice offered above. Jelqing is an effective way to increase increase girth. Accordingly, while doing the recommended exercises try emphasizing the jelqing portion. After you have conditioned your dick, you may want to consider clamping and/or pumping.

          Welcome northofphilly! Is gaining 1 inch of girth possible? Yes it is, but it will take plenty of time, effort, drive, and motivation to reach that goal (unless you are one of the very lucky few who grows very quickly).

            Ok so first off you have a very long dick of average girth (a bit above if anything).
            My starting point many years ago was 6.75" by 4.75" . I was told I had a long dick of average girth . When I got to 7.75" by 5.25 girls said I had a big dick ,I would say you mean a long dick and they would say it's decent thick too.
            So I believe a quarter inch will make a big difference . Now as a by the by when I got to 5.5" girth it was well liked by nearly all girls when it got to 6" girth some found it a bit much.

              You are above average, no need to hurry. Follow the advice given by everyone, take your time and implement PE as part of your life. If you PE with intelligence I have little doubt you will grow your girth. Jelqing around 60-80 % erection level will help you gain . Jelq at lower erection level for the first 2 weeks / first month.

                Yes getting to getting to that girth is possible.

                I have not focused on girth myself just focusing on getting to my length goals and then starting to work on my girth.

                I would advice you to build up with manual girth exercises like: V-jelqs, ULI's , horse squeezes.

                Later on after conditioning yourself for atleast 6 months you can move to clamping which in my opinnion is one of the best methods to add girth.

                I think combining jelqing with clamping is a good combination.
                Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
                Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
                The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

                  Hey mate, some good advice given already. Anyone worth their salt on here will tell you that the majority of specialised girth-work is for intermediate/advanced PE'ers. However, you can do any of these once you are conditioned with a beginners manual routine like PESG or JP90. These are three months long, and involve stretching and jelqing, which may give you length, girth, or both. The important thing is to do this so your unit does not get injured when you move onto stuff like ulis, erect squeezes, and clamping.

                    5" MEG is not skinny, it's actually above average, median ie 50th percentile is 4.7" MEG. Keep things in perspective.

                    Don't R ush, girth work is generally intense and you need to be conditioned. Take it slow.

                    Be conditioned, be safe, be consistent.

                      This is encouraging. I'm about 7.5" x 5.1" I'd like to get to at least 6", and am perfectly fine with it taking 1-3 years, or whatever it does take. If anything, I'd like to minimize the length gain, which I'm sure will be inevitable. I'd rather be 8.5"x6.3", for example, than 9.0"x6.0".

                        Pegasus spent many many years training to get those kind of gains though. So be prepared to put in the hard work and you will probably reach your goals.
