Hey guys just some quick PE-related questions.
1. Are their any foods to help increase the size of the penis or aid in PE?
(I've heard just lots of protein and veggies, but anything more specific would be nice.)
2. Is it, at any point, ever smart to PE every day? I read in one of the free guides to start with 2 day intervals between exercising, then move up to doing it every other day after the first week. However is it ever smart to do it every day? Say after a month or so, or something like that?
3. Is warming up in the shower with hot water really effective? I don't have anything else to use. Although I do have a normal heating pad, will that work?
And a silly question on the rice sock thing, you don't put your penis in the rice right? lol
4. I used to masturbate (quickly) a lot when I was a pre-teen and teenager, and now I cum extremely fast, and it only takes me like less than 5 minutes to be ready to orgasm again.
I've tried the stop and start method, but I'm too far gone for that I think.
What can I do?
5. Last one, is it smart to include kegels with stretching and jelqing? Or do them separately on other days?

I agree on the warmup thing also.
It doesn't really make sense to warmup before you stretch does it?

Well the way I see it is, in SPORTS yes. But this is the PENIS, not a skeletal muscle group, nor a significant amount of ligaments and tendons. The main thing bein stretched whether we're concerned with length or girth is in fact MAINLY the tissues of the penis. So no, in my humble opinion, it never really made sense to ME to ''warm up''. It sounds good though, and helps sell PE programs

I personally LOVE doing my warm-up and think it does make a difference. I've done it with and without a prefer it with. However, I have no proof that it makes an ACTUAL difference.
In terms of your stop/start question: try masturbating a lot slower, maybe long and light strokes would be better. I like the warmup too.
So does anyone else have a say in whether or not the shower is effective any?
Or an alternate answer to question three?

My opinion is that you should be giving yourself a break to let your body recover. Everything needs a rest. Your muscles when you exercise, your brain when you study. Surely your penis needs a break when you pe. I dont think its wise to pe every day. I still do 3 on 1 off or 2/1.
Warming up in shower depends. I would never do it because I am trying to conceive and it is very important not to let your testicles get hot as this is known to affect sperm morphology, and there is no real way to isolate your testicles from your penis when warming up in the shower.
If this doesnt bother you then go for it.
Using a heat bag (bag with wheat or rice), allows me to heat my penis whilst ensuring the testicles are well out of the way

One last one, is it okay to stretch after jelqing?
