  • What's up guys? Think this would be a good 90 day starters routine?

    Never done this before, going to be starting a 90 day routine tomorrow. Here is it, tell me what you think guys. 10 - 20 minutes of warm up with the rice sock. 20 flaccid jai stretches. 2 minutes of lot stretches in all 5 directions. 20 circle spins. 100 slow wet jelqs. 5 minutes of warm down. You fellas think this routine would work? I'm really looking forward to a simple routine that isn't to time consuming, but were i'll also gain length as well. By the way, whats the best time to do my workout, in the morning or in the afternoon. Thanks guys, will be looking for updates.
    Short Term Goal = 7X5

    Long Term Goal = 8X6

    when to do is up to you...routine seems fine exept i would for begining start with 50 jelqs. as we always say...LEES IS MORE

      That looks good to me!

      I really like V-jelqs too, if you were considering incorperating them.

      What days on/off are you going to do?

        Not sure if I want to incorporate them or not, i'll see tho. I forgot to mention that I'll be doing probably 2 days on, and then 1 day off. If you don't mind me asking how long do you do your lot stretches for ???

          By LOT stretches, are you referring to the basic stretches in JP's beginner routine?

          I hold each stretch for a count of 30 kegels.

            BPEL - 6.9
            EG 5.4
            Current
            BPFSL
            8 5/8
            BPEL 7 15/16
            EG 5.75 (approx 6" mid)
            NBPEL - approx 7"

              Ya bro, was talking about basic lot stretches in each direction. Is it bad or something to hold for more then 30 seconds? I see a lot of people saying they hold for only 30 seconds each.

                No I don't believe I have.

                I started off (approximately 14 months ago) doing JP's routine which I followed for 6 months. Then I went onto a more length-oriented routine.

                I have gone from 5.5" EL to 7.1" EL and from 5" girth for around 5.3".

                At the beginning of my routine I was poor at statistic keeping though!

                  I guess that's because people do them with quite some intensity so you don't wanna hold them for too long. Look at an ADS, it's a lot less intense.

                              Posting My Log In Progress Section Now. Still Debating On Whether I want to Ad Some V Jelqs, Sort Of Hesitant Adding More To My Load. I'm Really More Concerned About Length As Well.
