Whats up guys!
So, as my journey begins I am just brushing up on some different methods and tactics and deciding what ones I would like to try. Clamping seems to peak my interest most, and I am wondering when would be a god time to incorporate this into my routine?
Let me emphasis that I am going from working nights and having all day to do whatever; to now I am working a 4-day work week during the day (paramedic shifts have me at 60hrs/4 days). I will most likely be doing my exercises in the morning after a shower and before I get ready for work- that will be when I have the most time to spend without rushing.
That all being said, at what point in the system would I be able to start clamping and what are some good materials to use? All opinions are welcomed and I appreciate the input!

First you should complete one of the beginner's routines. This should condition you for more intense exercises such as squeezes. You can add them while keeping the beginner routine as the foundation of your PE work out. Then work your way up to horse squeezes, Uli's, increase the reps gradually, increase the duration of each rep.
After a few months of these manual exercises, if they don't work anymore for you you can look into clamping.
I don't think it's really an adequate timing to talk about the device in itself, but the clamping kit from absilicone is a great one. Otherwise a cable clamp with an appropriate wrap will do (mouse pad, ace bandage etc..).https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...a-jelqing.html

Clamping is an advanced exercise, there are many other exercises that you can do while climbing the PE ladder, take a look at the following thread for an overview of girth targeting exercises and their prerequisite PE experience.
Trouble gaining girth? Check out this girth guide.
I recommend that you only change your routine when you stop gaining from it, then make only slight changes to trigger growth, you can only do so much to gain, so make sure you exhaust all possible gains from any routine/exercise that you do.

Heya!
Yes like previously mentioned clamping is an advanced exercise that should be done only when you are conditioned enough.
You have to have atleast 6 months of experience under your belt before even attempting clamping. Besides that there are many great manual girth exercises that will condition you really well.
A good beginner program to start with is JP90 it will condition you for more advanced exercises and will overall condition your penis really well.

Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.
Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.

Thanks for all the helpful input! I don't plan on starting too soon to expedite my gains; I'm not too concerned with hitting 8" tomorrow because I have a hot date or anything. Married with an awesome wife, so no rush- slow and steady wins the race!
