Hi, as mentioned in an earlier post, I recently started PE and have read all the beginner materials (including PI, measuring, mental health, etc etc). I have been doing the JP90 routine, usually for 2 days on - 1 day off. For the routine, I warm up for about 8 minutes, do all the stretches and jelqs it requires. I have been doing the routine since Jan 2 but have not seen any gains (initial is 11.1 cm x 10 cm). I just had some questions/concerns:
1. My initial size is quite smaller than almost everybody on this forum haha so it makes jelqing alittle more challenging. I usually do the jelq for about 2-3 seconds (my size really cannot permit any more) so i was wondering if this was okay?
2. I experience both positive and negative PI's and i'm not really sure what is causing them. I seem to have higher flaccid length lasting all day but decreased morning and night wood. I'm not really sure what to do about this..
3. I find it hard to maintain myself in the "erection zone" required for a jelq, my penis just seems to drop but still be of length so i was wondering if this happened to anyone or other tips to help with this.
4. Finally, I usually edge right after the jelq session and then do the warm down. Is this okay or should you do the warm down first before you edge. I am edging because people have said that it helped them reach gains faster so why not.

One may, or may not have any gains from the JP90.
It is a 'conditioning routine', done before you start any of the heavy duty stuff. It is to prepare/condition your pee-wee so you don't hurt it later on.
Not that folks can not still over do things, and hurt themselves.
I'll let others take on your other topics.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

Hmm alright, although I did not expect to see any gains till now anyways. I am just hoping to see them as the routine finishes in order to motivate myself more.

The gains will come. The important part is staying consistent, and then adding as you become more conditioned. You Dont have to maintain a lot of erection while jelqing. As long as you feel the swelling moving toward your glans it is working. Dont squeeze to tightly.
As to morning and night wood diminishing, this is a negative PI, and probably means you need a little longer rest periods. Remember growth happens during the resting healing breaks. Stay safe and consistent, with more breaks I think, and soon you will see gains.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Personally, I dropped the jelqs because 1) I never felt like I was doing them correctly, 2) they were contributing to a lymphocyle I developed, & 3) I just don't like them. I added some other stretches in their place. Other than that, I am having great success with JP90. Don't get over ambitious. Do what works for you and what you feel comfortable with. Results will come.

There is no need to worry about edging before the warm down. It is fine to edge and then warm down.
