I read somewhere doing kegels can increase girth, as I don't know how other then being beneficial when needing to kegel blood during exercises that require more blood in the penis.
But like if I am sitting down and I do kegels, I can feel my pelvic floor flexing, but my penis rarely moves. Only time it would is if I have a semi going on, then it might flex up and down.
but ideally you want to do kegels while limp, correct?

I've never seen the value myself unless learning to conquer premature ejac or climax control.. as far as PE, I'm not sure..

If you do kegels whilst erect, I think it helps with size gains but this is only something I believe. I hope someone will confirm this for me.

Kegels are an excersizes while erect or flaccid. They help with girth, and length gains by allowing more blood into the penis. The more blood into the penis the bigger.

Kegel can be done flaccid or erect with erect regarded as a little more advanced.
Kegel during prolonged edging has been associated with size increase .
