Thread: Best time to measure?

Well team,
Only 4 days before my scheduled first measurement day. I am currently measuring every 28 days, and it is coming up to my first measure day. I am some what excited, as I am pretty certain there are some gains. However, it may also be my optimism playing with my mind.
Anyway, I want to know whether I should measure on my rest day or right after a training session?
Just want to know what is everyone's experience on when they get the best result?PE Journey:
BPEL: (14-12):5.75 (15-01):5.9; 1 Yr off. (16-07): 6.3 (16-08): 6.40 (16-09): 6.5
MEG: (14-12):4.60 (15-11): 4.75 (16-07): 4.80 (17-01): 4.87

BPEL: 7.00

I you measure after a training session you'll measure exoansion from your workout. Measure on your rest day, or before your first session after a rest day for the most accurate and consistent results.
Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"
Realistic Goal: BPEL: 8.5", EG: 5.5"
Idealistic Goal: BPEL: 9.0", EG: 6.0", BPFL: 7.0", FL: 5.0"

Measure on a rest day.
What I have done is that I have added more rest days prior to measuring so my EQ= erection quality would get better for measurments.
Measure once a month.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"
