Thread: help tweak my workout

Hey I'm new to this whole thing, but I've started a workout regiment. I was wondering if you guys can give me any advice. I do 20min in a pump, followed by 250 Jelqs, 20min more in the pump, and finish with 250 more jelqs. Any recommendations?

Keep your pumping pressure low. That is a very intense workout for a beginner. Just be very careful and Dont jelq with too high of an erection. I Dont mean to sound negative. In a couple months I would say add some stretches.
