I started jelqing the beginning of the new year. I followed JP 90 and my PI told me that was too much for my cock. I have studied a lot and this is how I am going to do my jelqing sessions. 2 days on 1 off I will warm up in the shower helicopter shakes stretch to left and right for 25 quick keagles more helicopter shakes and 10 big rotations to the left and right. To jelq I use Vitamin E oil and do 50 downward hand Jelqs alternating hands in different directions and 15 V Jelqs. I do this 3 times and complete my session. After the session I wipe off my hands and dick and clean my balls and I perform light stretching until I feel good. I took measurement but I don't know how accurate the are because I wasn't rock hard. But as of today 1/26/15 I am 7.15 NBPEL 5.6 MEG 4.5 NBPFL

I recommend measuring after two rest days.
Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely!A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Welcome to Pegym!
You have chosen a very good beginner program. Make sure you measure once a month and give yourself 1-3 rest days prior to measuring.
I have noticed it making a significant result in my measurments because rest days can help you attain better EQ.
Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.
Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.
Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.
