Some early gains?
Newb here. I had written in another thread that I was about 5.8-5.10 in length. And probably about 5.5-5.7 in girth if I'm measuring correctly. I've been training for about three weeks and training correctly for perhaps one, and yesterday I measured out at 6.0 inches. Now a skeptic could say that it's I was always around that size and that maybe I wasn't hard enough or measuring correctly. To my mind this is plausible but it's really hard to beat the ruler, you can't measure inches (esp bone pressed). And id been keeping measurements in a slipshot way since I was 13 or so, and I've never measured out at 6. I've lied and rounded it up before but I was never able to put myself at 6.0 on the dot or above no matter how hard I tried.
And still even if you take the line that it wasn't growth but the quality of erections that changed then why have they improved?I think the exercises have helped in that department. Still looking at it skeptically I can't account for the fact that I was frequently struck with raging hard ins when I was 17-18 but never measured out at 6.
Ive seen some flaccid gains too, I've noticed that I've been hovering around 4-4.5 inches in an unstimulated flaccid state. Prior to exercising I would be around 3.0-3.5 flaccid (if not actually even smaller) and for me then nothing could be a more embarrassing experience then being seen flaccid. There are factors that can account for some of this turtling from over-masturbation, lack of low level manual stimulation to at least keep blood flowing through the penis during the day. Still I'm convinced there must be some gains here somewhere even if they are not as miraculous as it sounds on the surface.
I'm surprised how much self-confidence this growth in length has given me and it really gave me more pride and confidence in my penis. I think it's also allowed me to go from lamenting that it's not longer to committing myself to long term gradual improvement. As I said on another thread my long term goal is 7 inches and that's what I'm aiming for but even still in the grand scheme of things 6 isn't that bad.
I've been following the PSGE routine as I liked where it was coming with theoretically as well as its focus on simplicity. I thought the routine would be a chore but actually the exercises feel really good so I don't mind say reducing my masturbation sessions down into a single hour long routine of exercising and edging.

most likely EQ gains. I gained a lot in the first 3 weeks just from EQ alone.

What is EQ exactly? I've been trying to do my research but I admit I don't know as much as I probably should yet
