Thread: Edging, when and how much?

What's up guys!
So, let's be honest- everyone would probably like a little more time in the sack (and I'm sure your lady will appreciate it as well!) That being said, I know that you must take things slow; don't rush the progress and overwork your member. But, when is it appropriate to add edging to your routine and about how much time is needed (per week) to be of usefulness?
I really only have 1 day per week to really put in the time, and I may get another every once in a while- but for the most part, I am wondering if one session/one day per week is good enough?
Initial: BPEL 5.8" MEG 4.5" FL 4.0"
Current: BPEL 6.5" MEG 4.75" FL 5.25"
Short term 7"x5" Long term 8"x6"

If you are having sex regularly, you can just practice [real-life] edging that way
Asides from that, there shouldn't be a problem with incorporating your own edging too, as long as you don't overdo it.

It's not enough, but as kick suggested, ask your girlfriend. Let her edge you, and you will progress even quicker.

What exactly counts as 'too much' or 'not enough'? I read that 20 min edging sessions are pretty much the standard around here, but not much on how much you would have to do as a minimum to reap benefits and how much exactly counts as overworking. Edging 7 days a weak for 20 mins each is probably bad I'd imagine for example if you're doing it alongside other stuff, but is 4-5 days a week?

I was working an edging only routine with a basic intention of one hour a day plus days off as life dictated or my body told me. On some days I went well over the hour, and at times had to take a break for a day. My point is, let your body tell you what too much is -- it will if you listen to it, but don't wait for it to set of 3 alarm fires before you listen -- any ache or pain is your first major clue.
After about a month of that routine, I added JP90 minus jelqs/kegels in, along with minuteman's DO guide, and downed my edging to 40mins. I take the recommended breaks from JP90, but edging for me is still a daily thing unless my body says otherwise.Overcome Unwanted Arousal Escalation Triggers
