Thread: how do you keep motivated to continue with penis enlargement?

    i have been doing it for a few weeks already and it's becoming hard to keep motivation. i also have busy days so it's sometimes a little difficult to fit in 30 mins here and there for it. i really want to keep this going, but sometimes it just feels like a chore. i know that sounds crazy as if i want a bigger, healthier penis i have to persevere and understand results won't come instantly, but all the same, it's tough to stay positive.

    Have you got a log? You can start one in the Progress Forum, it should help you stay motivated.

    Also consider a simple routine.

    It feels like a chore if you think of it as such, do you feel the same way about going to the gym?


    Think of it as the 30 minutes a day that will improve your penile health for life, that will allow you to enjoy your sexuality way into your senior years.


    PE should be fun, focus on the good sensations, focus on the knowledge that you are doing something good for yourself, you encourage your penis to grow bigger, stronger and healthier.


    Partake in the activities going on here, like the 2015 Challenge, and/or the FUN threads going around, you will learn about PE, and have fun with the members at the same time.

    If you're not motivated you're not motivated. Either find some way to make it a priority or change the way you think about it and make it enjoyable.

    My advice is always to keep things simple. Pick two areas you want to work on, such as length and overall girth or head girth, and work as those areas hard for 20-30 min 2 or 3 times a week. When in doubt keep things simple and focus on progressing a little every workout. Add one rep to your jelqing session or a few seconds to your stretches and see how far you progress in a year.

    PE is for you. If you Dont feel motivation to help yourself there is no reason to do PE. If you do want to help yourself then create opportunities for giving your self that help. Do some stretches every time you use the restroom, get some jelqs in before supper. Do some edging at bed time, whip a few kegels/ reverse kegels in during each commercial on TV. Jelq in the shower. There are so many opportunities and the only thing stopping you is you. If you Dont want to then Dont. If you do want to then let nothing stop you. I enjoy my secret little time in the potty.

    You just forget about gains, you lose the tape measurer... you pe just for the sake of pe.. constant meauring will lead to frustration.. Just do it for a while every day and don't pay too much attention to it. Then you'll stay motivated. After six months of PE I don't see how anyone could not do some tugging in the shower and some hanging when you have the house to yourself for the rest of your life.

    I'm just so glad you ask the specific question: how do I get motivated to stay consistent. Because consistent is the only thing that will get you there.

    If you're the average person, your desire for growth will never go away. People want to have a savings but they have a hard time staying motivated to save each month. As someone sitting on a savings big enough to pay 3 months of my expenses, ~boy~, so nice. I remind myself, every penny I save is a penny I actually could still spend. I'm able to entertain myself for jack ass free -- spending all my money on entertainment leaves me savingsless. That's far analogy.

    For PE work, remind yourself, that you will likely always want the end result. So it's better to give it to yourself younger. Once you hit your goal, all the effort is behind you -- it is possible to hit a goal and then cement it or easily maintain it. If you're satisfied with yourself right now, perhaps it's not a big priority, but it's still something you want. And if you can't put time aside for something you want, ask yourself, what about time for health, time for exercise, time for healthy eating, time for my significant other. Do you just lack the ability to put time aside?? Because that's pretty important.

    You obviously want it. You know consistency is what it takes. My guess is you only see it as a chore because a chunk of time is such an imposing burden in our time-centric lives, but it's not difficult, can even be pleasurable, and you see gains as you go which is so rewarding. People who can't put time aside for something they want kinda scare me. They're like those puzzles where you rearrange the tiles to put them in order and form a picture, but there's no blank hole to let them move. The biggest give PE may ever give you is better time management skills, geez :-p

    I recommend meditation on your PE wishes and your lifestyle, priorities, etc. See if you can find that spark of motivation that says, you know, I'll just knock this thing out, really give it the opportunity, make it one of my (hopefully less than 3) main priorities, and let myself see how rewarding the gains are. Stick at it until you gain 1/2 inch, and then choose whether you want to keep going or not. But what works best for me is to keep pondering the goal, what it takes, and what I have to offer, until I find that spark where I know I can make time for it, at least until life dictates otherwise.

    If time is an issue then examine your day, split your routine and squeeze it in somewhere.

    For example, I do my PE during my break times in the morning and afternoon, in a house of teenagers private time is very rare and when i Have it I like to spend it with my wife. If work is tough I have a bath and do my pe while she watches some old shite on tv

    Only you can make time, and only if you want to! PE does work, but it's not a quick fix, it take slime, consistency and dedication. A log is a great way of keeping track, I heartily recommend starting one. Ask advice if you need it.

    I believe that you should be able to look forward to and enjoy your PE time. If it becomes a burden to do it then it isn't a positive thing. Maybe you should change your PE time so that it centers more around enjoyment. Something you have yet to explore will make it fun again.
