Hi all,
I just joined the forum on this site.
Is it possible for someone to recommend exercises specifically to improve sexual function, not
necessarily to increase penis size (although that would be a welcome bonus)
Erections getting weaker .. I'm 41, no smoker, no drinker, but overweight (bmi 29) and not active.
I am aiming at slowly getting fitter by means of exercise and loosing weight, but in the meantime
also restoring my foreskin. So I would like to start exercises to increase erectile strength. Any suggestions?
I also cut out porn completely, as I read that could have a de-sensitizing effect.

Pelvic floor exercises, kegels, reverse kegels, root locks are good for improving eq and stamina and deep squats and stretches also help and are good for overall health.
