    Hi,
    I don't have ED or something, but sometimes my erection quality could be better. I need a good level of visual and physical stimulation to get and stay hard. Also, I wish my erection would last longer without stimulation, for example when I change positions during sex. Another thing is that I realized that I can get much harder (I would call it "110%") when using porn than with real sex.

    I think about doing the following to increase my EQ and get a better libido:

    - Stop using porn completely
    - Stop edging/masturbating for two weeks
    - Doing Kegels and Reverse Kegels every other day

    Do you think this will work? What other tips do you have to increase EQ? Do you have tips how to stay away from porn and avoid relapses?

    Quitting porn will greatly help your EQ and sexuality in general, you do not need to quit masturbation/edging as well, but if they make your EQ suffer then you are over doing it, take it easy on your penis.

    Don't RELY on porn for an erection!


    Edging and kegels (regular and reverse), in moderation, are good for your EQ, if you overdo any of them, your EQ will decrease, so listen to your penis and monitor your PIs closely.


    To locate your PC muscle, lightly place two fingers behind your testicles.
    Now imagine that you are urinating and want to stop the flow. The muscle that you squeeze internally to stop the flow is the PC muscle.
    Practice stop- ping and starting your urination a few times so that you know where this muscle group is located.
    Up to three times a day, flex and relax this muscle group twenty-five times. Make sure that you have isolated the muscle and that you are not tightening your abdomen, buttocks, or facial muscles during the exercise. Keep every other muscle in your body as relaxed as you can, and remember to breathe evenly as you squeeze and relax.

    It may take you a while to work up to twenty-five repetitions. You may want to start with only five or ten repetitions and then gradually work your way up. Don’t do more than twenty-five repetitions at a time, or your PC muscle may get sore.

    After you have done the basic PC muscle exercises for three or four weeks. In addition to twenty-five quick repetitions, add ten slow repetitions. Try to gradually tense the muscle for a count of five, hold it for a count of five, and then push it back out for a count of five. The first time you try this exercise you may only be able to do it once or twice. Eventually, you can work up to ten repetitions. Then try a version of the exercise where you tighten the PC muscle for a count of ten, hold it for a count of ten, and release it for a count of ten. It may take you days or weeks to accomplish this. How much time it takes doesn’t matter; the improved muscle tone does.

    I don't want to quit edging completely, but I thought it would be a good idea to pause for a week or two when I begin to quit porn. It should help to avoid porn and to recover libido.

    I do not think edging or masturbation (in moderation) will affect you, the problem is with porn consumption, but everyone is different, find out what works best for you, and do it!
