I was into a week of the JP90 and managed to get injured by using a death grip while jelqing my left shaft went numb for straight two weeks no it is getting better with every hour now it's up to 60%.
After i read so much stuff about injuries i've a few questions how to jeql or PE the most safe way possible?
Light grip warming up and down and?
Is there anything more i can do to avoid injuries?

You had to learn the lesson like the rest of us. Time to heal. Lighter grip, less reps. You can always increase later.

Follow the guidelines very closely. Do not PE at all until completely healed. When you start back up start very slowly. No more than 50% erection and a very light grip. Like smoothing butter without breaking the butter. Do only very few reps, and add slowly. Only add a few every week. This is extremely important for conditioning.

Wait until your healed and start slow and light. It takes months and years rather than days and weeks. But right now patience and waiting is key to speeding up recovery. If your lucky that's a good wakeup call and you'll heal up fine. If not... Hard way to learn why safety and caution is heavily mentioned all over the beginners forum.
Good luck on your recovery

Most people don't listen to their bodies very well. People always do more because they see that they have more they can do. But there's a difference between can do and should do.

Welcome to the gym Small_Filters!
Glad you decided to join us! It's better that you have decided to take part, any uncertainty about any exercises, don't hesitate to post questions and learn from others experience!
I think there is a saying that goes something like "it's better to look stupid and ask a question, than to remain silent and be stupid forever!" or something to that effect!
Anyway, what wishful said about jelqing! We all have to learn how our individual bodies will react to the exercises begin at the right end of the tunnel (start lightly!!!).
Pay attention to these.

The Numbness is gone!
The numbness wasn't because of the jelq otherwise it would have been more worse... Everytime I was doing PE i was sitting at the edge of my bathtub this compressed the nerv located between butthole and my balls
As soon as I stopped sitting there the numbness disappeared in simply no time.
BUT
My left CC is still feeling a bit strange not numb or anything just the feeling you have after a intense workout...
I decided to wait 2 more weeks if It stays the same than I will go back on my routine. Because it is not hurting or anything just feels other than before... Veterans your oppinion about that?
I went to a urologist he made a ultrasound of my banana he said that everything is fine with it, so I guess I am a bit over anxious
(04/21/21) 15 min Warm up...
