I'm just starting to do wet jelqs in the odd chance I get to (I'm currently in shared military accommodation) but I will have more time and my own room soon. In the JP90 guide it says to kegel when doing the warmup stretch, can I replace that with a reverse kegel as I'm currently still getting over Pre-E?

Yes, you can also omit the kegels from JP90 if would rather time your stretches (between 20 and 25 seconds), and follow a separate kegels routine, or customize it to fit your needs.
Please note that there are no warmup stretches and workout stretches, you warmup using an external heat source, then do the stretches as explained in the routine.
- Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

-Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Going back to jp90 after about 1-2 years so sorry if I sound like an idiot. Are the stretches you mentioned above done once or a couple of times?
