Thread: Coming back! Need Help!

Ok so I started doing PE in August of 2014. At first I did 5 days on 2 days off but due to my job I switched to 1 day on 1 day off. I was doing JP 90 and stuck with it until mid October. The first few weeks I had positive PI's and everything was going well. My penis was thicker and fuller. The 2nd month I did it I had a mixture of negative and positive PI's. Towards the end I had more negative than positive PI's. This stressed me out. I started getting hard flaccids, low libido, etc. I ended up stopping PE and taking a few days off. Well those few days turned into weeks and so on. All in all my life ended up taking a turn for the worst. I got fired from my job, my girl friend left me, I started smoking cigarettes heavy again, started drinking a lot again, started smoking weed again, stopped going to the gym, etc. Since I stopped PE my penis feels less fuller and I have a developed a Turkey neck which seems to be getting worst day by day. I haven't had sex in months and my life is going down the drain. I want to begin PE again but I feel like I don't know how. I want a routine that will take me 30-45 minutes to finish. JP's 90 would take me an hour, hour and a half to do. I don't have the time to do a routine that long because I have been extremely busy these last couple of days. I am in the process of getting my life back/together. I don't just want to do this, I need to do this. I have never been confident in my pens size (Length: 5.5 Girth: 4.5). It has been hard having a small penis. I get nervous every time before sex because I feel like my partner is going to say something. I am willing to put in the work. As long as it takes. I feel as if I have set realistic goals (Length: 7 Girth: 5.5). Someone please help me out with a routine. Also another problem I had while doing PE was stretching. I am uncut and I feel like every time I stretched I wouldn't be stretching the actual penis but the skin. What can I do to fix this?

ill try to help you as much as I can since I am cut and I don't know the struggles of being uncut. My routine takes around 45 minutes but you can do a reduced version if you have less time. What I do is warm up in the shower or take a hot bath to really warm up. I then stretch for 15 minutes and jelq afterwards or sometimes jelq first and stretch second. Its up to the persons preference. Since you are starting back up I would recommend starting slow and doing 1 minutes of jelqing at most along with 7-10 minutes of stretching for the first week and move up to 12 than 15 and so on. Make sure your jelqing strokes take 3 seconds each. I usually hold stretches for 30 seconds and do all direction n,s,e,w,ne,nw,se,sw, and directly up. this is more focused on bringing out the inner penis and I like to use a fuller grip to make sure its firm enough to not slip. for you I recommend possibly gripping your penis lower than the average person does and use 3 or 4 fingers for your grip so it pulls more on the inner penis and less on the skin. If you can stop smoking because that REALLY hurts you gains and eq. If you have any more questions let me know.
