Okay here it goes. I have read tons of articles about how you perform this and they generally say that you should relax your pelvic floor and press outwards but if I do this I feel like I am going to shit or pee myself... and my abs flex as well. I now you are thinking that I am pushing to hard but otherwise I can't feel anything.. help a brother out will ya

Yes, you should flex your abs and relax your pelvic floor.
It takes some practice to master, but do not strain yourself.
A front reverse kegel is when you push out to urinate faster, and a back reverse kegel is when you defecate or pass wind, though you do not need to actually do these to do a reverse kegel, just mimic the muscle movement, and use less force, it is a stretching exercise.

You can do them during a stretch if you want. I do mine independent of the stretches. After my work out as a relaxation, cool down. I just realized I have never included this part of my PE in my log. Any way I would do the rks after the stretchs.

You can do them separately if you want, or after you complete your routine, pick a time that works for you, as long as it is after you do your regular kegels.

A suggestion... I think this was recommended to me by PurpleOnes...
A nice way to work on reverse kegels is to do them as you inhale, relaxing when you exhale...kind of a kegel meditative breathing session. But you can set you timer in the beginning, but after a while you can do it without thinking much about it...hope that helps...Start BPEL 4.9 MSEG 4.7
