    Not as a beginner.

    Start by doing them flaccid, then as you condition your pelvic floor muscles, and get it stronger, you can introduce erect kegels.

    Anxiety is a big factor, if you are thinking too much, too anxious, all that blood flow is mostly going through the head, no the other head, your other head ! Your noggin! Lol nerd joke.. So it would be difficult to maintain an erection for sure if you are anxious, I would suggest starting to practice meditation, a good 5-10 minutes in the morning will work wonders for you. I personally suffer from panic disorder and severe anxiety, and I loathe taking benzos to calm panic attacks and serious anxiety, but since having gotten into meditation I have noticed an overall decrease in my anxiety. That will also help with figuring out these excercises, like I said the more relaxed you are the more insight you will receive from practice my pedigree chum. You are being anxious right now go look in the mirror and tell the person you see in there that there is nothing to worry about love thyself, deny thyself from self judgements brother. Your good :3

    Just a balanced pelvic floor q, is just doing back reverse kegels and normal ks fine to keep it balanced? I can't do front rks, can't make my urine go fast!
