Hey guys,
Im trying to start performing kegels. However, i cant tell if im doing it right or not. Im able to stop myself urinating, and I think that im doing the same thing again when not urinating, and me testicles and penis rise slightely. However, I cant really 'hold' them up or anything, i seem to have no control over how long they stay up for. Is this me doing it right?

Try to focus the tension solely on your shaft, you saying that you can not hold a kegel for long may just mean your PC muscle is not strong enough, it's like say holding a barbell straight out with your arms. At first you may not even be able to do it for a second but with time you will be holding it out as long as you desire. Try laying on your back so everything is relaxed, that way your mind will have an easier time distinguishing what to tense up. Going up hill is slow, but it's steady chum.

My problem is that I want to attain 100% EQ And I'm at 70% max just now and sometimes lose erection changing position etc. So what I'm gonna do is:
Take supplements like Korean ginseng, green tea, garlic and ginkgo biloba.
Kegels, reverse kegels and squats.
Has anyone had this or a similar issue and taken action?
And as for the exercises, what programme should I follow as a beginner? I mean like how many days on/off, how many reps per exercise, how many workouts a day etc

Try two days on one day off at first. Maybe start with the JP90 at about 1/2 the number of reps. That program utilizes kegels in it. After program do reverse kegels and squats and yoga. Start slow and add slow. Follow your PIs and enjoy your journey.

Hi Jfrank,
To preface this I am newby, with that said wishful10x8 is spoton. I started a mini version of the JP90 routine and played with kegels while doing it and it really has helped my EQ a lot. Read up and do NOT over do it and I bet it will help. Another thing is relax , get into your partner, forget any EQ issues and let your mind get into the lust of the moment. I hope this helps. Holyyy shit guys...right so I can hold my urine mid-pee...but when I went to try and see what its like to do a reverse kegel by trying to push my pee out faster...I couldnt! what does this mean?

Practice and patience Padawan. Just lay down and relax, play around down there ( without touching ). A real good way to learn for me at least was to actually sit down on the toilet seat so the rest of me was relaxed and push out my anus ( when I didn't have to leave a log ) as well as I would push out pee faster, when you are standing your body is already tensed up, so due to the fact that you may not have the proper technique down and a bc/PC with not enough strength makes it harder to do standing up.

Right so...i'll try peeing while sitting down, see if i can do it faster then. But for all these exercises, i still have no idea if im doing them right or not. I could be doing one right and not the other and end up imbalanced, ive no idea if im already imbalanced or not...etc. If I am too tight just now, and I do rks and squats, wouldnt that result in no effect over my EQ which is the problem? surely if its tight, my EQ should be fine but just struggle with Pre Ejac.? Cheers!
