I have a really high erectile angle. My penis even touches my belly button when hard. How do I lower it, because it is really annoying when having sex because positions become numbered.

At first I would say that high erection angle is really great, I have high angle but not that high as you and I have a slight upward curve and I would say that it is really a big plus since all of the girls I have been with said it really stimulates their G spot and that it feels really good and intense, my wife is more than pleased with.
I can see what you mean by ''becoming numbered'' in some poses, for instance when she is lying on her back with her legs closer to her chest and me in front of her i can feel the high tension on my tendon and dick overall and yes becomes kind of numb and I can feel pain at some times
Stretching downward either manual or weighted and relaxing the tendon more should really help reducing this ''problem''
Also if you just began, most important START SLOW ! don't overstretch

Start a beginner's routine and start on the road to a bigger dick.
