    Hey guys, I am in my fourth week of PE, and while I have made no gains as of yet, my EQ has improved greatly. However, during this time I haven't been able to not turtle during my warm down. For the time after my Jelqs to the time I begin my warm down (usually a few minutes) I have a great Flaccid hang. But at roughly 30 seconds to a minute into my Warm down I begin to Turtle up. I have tried the recomended solutions to this, such as increasing warm up, etc, and yet I still Turtle up. Any solutions to this would very helpful.

    Heya!

    I used to do warmdowns but honestly they are not making sense to me. I also noticed turtling from warmdowns I used my heating pad for it.

    Try reducing the routines intensity and lower the reps a little?

    I have this issue to a point too.. It only lasts a few minutes (turtling) thou after the hang session.. I use the heating pad and things are back to normal within 5 mins.. I get it no matter the weight used...

    With cooldowns I get totally different reaction my flaccid stays longer for a bit instead of turtling.

    I do not manage to cooldown after each hanging workout since I usually do my 10 minutes of jelqing after hanging.
