I often feel like i spend way too much time during a session. I warm up for about 5-10 minutes, then I jelq for up to an hour and warm down for another 5-10 minutes. Is this too long, do I lack efficiency? Also for confirmation a standard jelq is done with 2 hands right?

Hi! I am also currently doing the JP 90 and I warm up for 8 minutes, stretch for about 10 minutes, jelq for about 40 minutes and then cold down 5 minutes but it is different from time to time depending on my privacy and I actually do not think that taking your time is bad
And yes 1 repetition equals 2 hands

how long should a jelq be considering it is two hands. Ive heard that it should be about 3 to 4 seconds, but is it 3 to 4 seconds per hand or all together?

3-5 seconds per hand I would recommend which results in 6-10 seconds per rep

I would say about 35 to 45 minutes is more likely, and yes, both hands counts for one rep.
As a beginner, you should start with less and workup to the full routine over a few weeks or more, according to how your PIs are.
