Don't have too much time or privacy to jelq too often but my routine normally looks like:
warm up
4 flaccid bends in each direction
stretching for like 5 min
25 jelqs per hand
some more light stretching
4 more flaccid bends
get erect as much as possible and do 5 erect kegels
warm down
want to gain girth mostly, then secondary would be length. would like to gain both of course but mostly base girth, my midshaft is about 5.25 while my base is 4.75-5, depending on EQ
also, if you have a better routine geared towards base girth > girth > length, a bit more structured than mine, it would be appreciated! keep in mind I am NOT able to spend hours on PE and i can not buy anything. no money or places to hide stuff like the bathmateLast edited by howsthislook; 02-17-2015 at 12:08 PM.

Hello and welcome to the Gym howsthislook. I completely understand not having time and privacy for PE. Currently I am following a brief but intense routine. It consists of Jelqing, and some squeezes, plus some stretches. You can review it and tweak it based on your current level of conditioning. What I am doing now is pretty intense. You may want to reduce the erection level and go easy on how strong you do the squeezes. I was doing everything other than the stretches at the end of my morning shower which gave me the privacy I needed. The routine only takes about 5-8 minutes.

So here is my current routine as of 16-Feb-2015:
3 sets of 10 2-3 second dry jelqs at 75-95% erection
15 1 second Uli squeezes
1 15 second Uli squeeze hold
1 30 second table press
15 bundled circle stretches )In the AM and PM)(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

Consider splitting your routine, so that you stretch in the morning and jelq at night, or follow a light routine like PESG's.

What's up and welcome!
The fact that you are getting into PE is a positive step, I don't think you should worry about how much time you put it- so long as you have high quality sessions and stick to a consistent schedule. Who knows, after a few months, you schedule may change and allow for more days to workout.
As of right now, my routine is JP90: 1 on, 1 off, 3 on, 2 off
This is what my schedule allows and I make sure to make the most of every minute I have available! Keep up on your Kegels throughout your day and stick with it!
