How about putting in some time for stretching along with your jelqing sessions?
Also, please be patient with doing PE exercises because PE is not a sprint it is a marathon. It takes a while for gains to occur. Don't go overboard with exercises because you don't want to overtrain. Increasing your EQ and keeping those erections strong should be a main priority.Aiming for a bigger, healthier willy!

There are many different hand stretches you can do, but as Golf1094 stated, PE is not s sprint. For most men the gains come slowly. It took me over a year to gain 1" BPEL, with a very intense routine. I would recommend starting off with the basics, like JP's beginner's routine. If you jump too quickly into advanced exercises it can actually hinder your gains.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

I agree, start with the JP90 routine. It has some good stretching exercises that will help with BPEL. Start off slow and gradually increase intensity over time.

There are good gains from the JP90. It is actually a pretty intense workout as well as a conditioning routine. Who knows in 90 days? Start slowly add slowly and you will reach your goals. Safety and consistency are the keys.
