My bpfsl is about half an inch longer than my bpel. According to a theory I read...this means I need to do more girth work.
1) can anyone recommend a good routine that consists of ulis?
I kno how to do them but no one really states the amount of sets to do with them on a routine.
I am going to purchase a penomet and an extender with the vlc tugger. I plan on extending 12hrs/week and pumping three times a week.
2) With an extender, what should be the length of the stretch? I DO NOT mean the time. I am referring to the actual stretched length when wearing the extender. My current max bpfsl is 8.25inches. So should I be wearing the extender at this length? I cnt find a straight answer for this. Thnx alot guys I REALLY appreciate any input.

I'm not a veteran by any means. But I will try.
1) Are you conditioned. (Done a basic routine for 3 months) if not start with that. Don't waste money on devices yet.
2) If you are conditioned. Do simple jelqing. This will encourage smooth muscle growth to fill in the slack (long process)
3) if you have a higher BPFSL then extending will just increase that and more than likely end up back saying you have worse EQ and a BPFSL that's .5 inch over. If you extend work a lot on manual girth work.
4) re-read the TCG thread fully as I don't think your quite understanding the underlying theory.
Synopsis -
BPFSL equal to or less than BPEL with rock hard EQ - work on stretching/extending/hanging. Your smooth muscle is enough. Your tuncia is restricting gains - need to stretch it out and expand it.
BPFSL greater than .25" - smooth muscle not big enough - usually poorer EQ even when feeling Maxed out - need girth work to expand smooth muscle to fill in the gaps. Medium/light jelqs at high reps to fatigue smooth muscle and promote growth till BPFSL is less than .25 or equal to BPEL.
That's overly simplified.
For example I have a BPFSL that's .25 less and my erections get so hard my shaft feels like its going to explode like hulk. So I have tuncia problems and am concentrating on stretching and light jelqing/edging to promote expanding the tuncia.
If I'm wrong a vet can correct me.

Pretty correct as I understand it Computerguy, well done. Being that his BPFSL is longer by .5, he is right on the border of limiting factors.
Yes, for any advanced exercises, conditioning is a must.
Ulis can be incorporated into a regular manual routine, and added slowly. Start with just a few holds, and monitor PIs. Also, starting with squeezes may be a safer progression.
Here's some good reading;

Extenders are set by tension, not so much length. Start low and slow, and increase gradually according to an extender routine, necessity, or PI response.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

with the last 2 posts.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.
Why are you still going on...
