Hey guys. Started doing jp 90 last week mon-fri religiously. Just have a newbie question I guess. I've been doing the jp90 exactly like it says to do and haven't really felt "worked" you could say like I could do more jelqs it seems is that normal? Should I feel worked after? Typically takes me an hour start to finish including warm up and stretches. How tight of a grip should I have? And should I do it standing or sitting or does it even matter? Thanks

Standing or sitting doesn't make much difference. I stand but that's a personal preference as its easier for me to stretch and keep an eye on my reactions to jelqing.
If your doing the excersizes in the JP90 and feeling nothing your either doing it improperly or with poor technique.
Concentrate on how to properly do jelqs at the correct level without doing it too hard. Even with light grip that is suggested pre conditioned state 100 - (2 stroke 3 sec jelqs) should leave your dick feeling like its been through a wringer with no pain and when your finished should feel thick and heavy and almost like you've got a semi hanging off the front of you.
Cut the reps way back. Pay attention to how it feels. And perfect your technique.
Your grip using lots of lube should be enough to notice by the end of your stroke that your head expands (slightly) or becomes firmer to the touch but not so expanded and hard that it feels like its going to explode. You shouldn't feel anything moving with your stroke inside or your grips way to tight. Don't jelq over the head/glans. After 20 or 30 two handed strokes you should notice your shaft expanding slightly with your stroke and it would be barely perceptible. You want to start slow and figure out how to do it correctly before upping the workload to the point when poor technique is going to hurt you.
AND DO NOT JELQ AT HIGHER THAN 70-80% ERECTION LEVEL OR YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF.

Also when u do your stretches you should be pulling hard enough that after your done, your flaccid penis hangs longer than before.

So I think that made a good difference. Flaccid is more plump after and longer. Still don't feel like it's "worked" at all but I did the jelqs slower and more consistent stretched longer and warmed up longer. Should i my penis feel like worked at all or how should it feel after?

Sitting or standing doesn't matter, I prefer to sit it's earier on my back. Sounds like you're moving to fast on your jelqs. Make sure you understand exactly what a jelqs is. You want to push the blood thru the shaft. I like to get a good grip, the firmness of your grip will have to vary until you figure out what works for you. With a good grip slow push the blood thru the shaft (about 3-4 sec from base to head). You should feel a lil swollen and puffy but not sore.
