    Hello everyone, new to PE and the forums.

    So I started PE 2 days ago. I've read a lot of threads here and know the basics. But I still have a few questions/problems.

    1) Im 18 and live with my parents and brothers (there are 5 of us in the house). There is not much privacy for me to PE. What do you recommend, should I PE in the shower? It's a bit hard to do the whole JP90 with my whole family around. I think that I cant be as consistent with PE as I should.
    My routine isnt as exact as JP90 routine suggests. Since there's a small amount of time for my PEing, my warmups are max 3-4 mins, stretching just a bit (mainly want girth), jelq <10 mins (100 reps, 3 sec strokes), cool down 3-4 mins.

    2) I jelq with about 60-70% erection. My BPEL is 14.3cm (5.7") and NPBEL 13.3 (5.3") and girth is around 11.5cm(4.6"). So 60-70% erect = about 10 cm length. I have quite big hands and when jelqing, as my right hand jelqs up to the glans and stops, there isnt much space for my left hand to start jelqing while my right hand is still at the base of the glans - I mostly just pull my skin instead of proper jelqing, and I've read that BOTH hands should be at the penis at the same time. What do I do about this? Will one hand at a time on my penis provide any less gains?

    3) So far I did 2 PE sessions, no negative PIs. But yesterday it was really hard for me to get an erection, couldnt get past 50%. Today I managed to and also masturbated, but damn it took a lot longer than usual to get it up. Before any kind of PE I would easily get it up just by watching porn, today I did but took a few mins. Anyone had the same experience?

    Also, people conflict whether they should warm down or cool down? Whats your opinion on this? First time I warmed down with warm/hot water and the second time cooled down with a cold watered towel.

    If you have a private bad room that you don't share with brothers, warm up with rice socks and do your exercises in you room just behind the door. if they open it, they will be ostacolated by you (you will have the time to put yourself in order and invent an excuse like "i was changing me, what do you want?"...if you lock the door, it's more suspicious)


    2)it's all about technique.
    you need 2 fingers to lock the grip. with time you'l be able to find the right way. watch some videos here in this site!

    3)I would say your penis is overtrained.jp90 it's for begginers, but requires time before be able to do it from start to the end without problems.

    I can use a rice sock but I just warm/cool my towel and apply it to my groin, its easier this way since I just put the towel into the washing machine after I'm done.
    I have watched videos of jelqing, and all I can say is that it's easier to jelq with a bigger penis. I hope I'll master the technique with time.
    I'll cut back a bit on my routine then.

    Do you personally warm down or cool down?

    Turn your hands around so your grip is down and your thumbs are starting at your body. Just be careful not to run all the way over your glans. That is a negative PI from over training. Read the list of physiological indicators. Good luck

    Sakurac! i had the same problem with jelqs! My first thought was, what is the base hands purpose? To keep the blood in your dick right? So i grabbed my girlfriends hair tie and wrapped it around the base of my cock and just jelqed using my left hand with my pinky facing away from me. My cock curves left, that's why I use my left hand. After getting lube on my GF's hair tie i felt silly and threw it out. That night i went out and bought a $5 cock ring. Best thing i ever did. I jelq with only my left hand while my right supports the cock ring and keeps it in place. I have benefited from this tremendously and I hope you can too.

    Also i jelq with lube before my shower, wash it off in the shower and fully clean my body. Then i use my Bathmate, after the shower i do my stretching routine and my results have been awesome. I do this full routine about twice a week, i stretch about 5 days during the week and jelq once more usually aside from the 2 full routines.
