Hi, I started PE September 2013, I wasn't very consistent with it but I still made the newbie gains. The routine consisted of doing a bit of jelqing, wearing sizegenetics and a bit of pumping.
I started with about 5.5 NBPEL and currently I am at 6.15 - 6.2. The weight i.e. body fat and fat pad is still the same. I started to use Phallosan Forte since September and I think I have only gained about .15 " from it. I will do another 200 more hours which will mean I reach the big land mark of 1,000 hours and then I can speak properly about it,
Current routine
Monday - Friday: Wear PF for 9 - 10 hours. I did try to also gradually build the hours and that didn't help so now it is fixed hours.
T W F: 30 minutes pumping
M W S: light jelqing
The jelqing has only been added again since last week. Is there any routines or suggestion for getting past this barrier. Looking for another .4" in gains, that is all. By the way, my stretched flaccid is a bit longer than my erect length.(NBPFL)5|.6|.7|.8|.9 6|.1|.2|.3|.4|.5|

Hello farad100,
You may want to add some manual stretching to your routine. Just start with the stretching routine in the JP90. Another very important thing is consistency. The key to success is dedication, consistency and patience.

I have taken breaks i.e 2 to 3 weeks but nothing more. This was the odd break. I think I am going to try 2 weeks PE and 1 week off.

I started around the same time and things have slowed dramatically for me as well. I'm just continuing to do what I've been doing though, and making the odd tweak here or there (eg. stretching longer, trying to pump a little more, etc, etc).
Original/Current Stats:
2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
2019-03-16: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"
Goals:
Realistic: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" MEG 5.5"
Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75"
Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

I would add manual stretches. The idea of ads is to keep you extended while you heal AFTER you stretch then tunica. I'm surprised you gained that much by just using ads. I think your penis is just finally getting used to the same old intensity. I would bump it up a notch. Heat also makes collagen 1/4 easier to deform.
To get max gains youll need to target the tunica( shaft of penis), and the ligs.
Add bundled stretches and BTC stretches then hold on to your back teeth. THERE WILL BE GAINZ.
Make sure you feel the stretch/burn in bundled and feel the stretch at the top of the shaft while doing BTC.Last edited by GirthGainzPlz; 02-20-2015 at 03:55 PM.

All day stretcher. basically something that helps you heal while elongated.
How many times a week is a question ive been wondering about myself. I go 5 days a week. Im curious if gains would happen faster doing tunica work every other day.
I usually do
10 mins bundled stretches - fairly intense and BTC stretches for as long as you want. Since its like hanging the longer the better i assume.
The next morning after hanging i lay in bed for 20 mins and do BTC. Or just randomly through the day.
Ok back to the non injury...
